ClearSwap
ClearSwap is ClearBox’s routing engine. It accepts any supported digital asset from the consumer and routes it to the asset the merchant settles in — abstracting away which chain or token the consumer used. The merchant receives consistent settlement regardless of what the customer tapped with.ClearDEX
ClearDEX is ClearBox’s private liquidity pool. It provides the liquidity that lets transactions settle instantly rather than waiting on public market depth, and it lets institutional partners stake capital to expand settlement capacity. Because the model is non-custodial, ClearDEX generates yield on staked capital without ClearBox taking custody of client assets.How they fit settlement
At authorization, the mirror ledger approves against available balance. Behind the scenes, ClearSwap routes the value and ClearDEX provides the liquidity to settle it, while the on-chain transaction reconciles.ClearSwap and ClearDEX are ClearBox-internal systems. Integrators interact with their effects through the standard transaction and settlement webhooks, not through direct endpoints.
